The Education Consortium of the Upper Allegheny will act as a bridge between community colleges and 11 counties in rural PA. The ECUA serves Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Forest, Jefferson, McKean, Potter, Venango and Warren counties.
